The biggest school for Michalis was in 2012 in London for the Dorchester Collection, he has honed his skills and showcased his talents in luxury hotels across Greece, ultimately securing a prominent role at the Four Seasons Astir Palace.
In 2022, Michalis was named the best pastry chef from FNL awards in Greece.
