Naomi Wahl's professional career began in 2009 at the Lenôtre School in Paris. She then moved to Montreal, Canada, where she worked at the Sofitel Montreal Golden Mile hotel for almost five years. During this time, she advanced from pastry chef to head pâtissière and led a team of three employees.
She created and developed the desserts for the hotel guests as well as for the locally well-known Renoir restaurant. After returning to Europe in 2014, she worked at Restaurant Sonnenberg before joining the team at the Chocolate Academy™ in Zurich. Naomi Wahl has been part of the Academy since 2015, first as Technical Advisor for the export market, later as Deputy Head Chef. Since July 2023, Naomi Wahl has been responsible for the general management of the Chocolate Academy™ Zurich.
Naomi Wahl successfully completed her education for the professional examination in pastry and confectionery in 2023.
