Craft Your Signature
Craft Your Signature
Originality is something that has always been celebrated, be it in any realm. Similarly, in the world of Chocolate & Pastry being original holds a lot of value and respect.
For the last 100 years, Callebaut has been crafting its Finest Belgian Chocolate which is celebrated for its original taste. Just like our chocolates, we at Callebaut believe that every chef is unique and it is our endevour to create the Finest Belgian Chocolate that enables chefs to craft at their best!
However, with the ongoing modernization, access to the internet and the use of social media there is an increasing pressure to fit-in, even for chefs. Replicating trends from Instagram reels for increased engagement and popularity has become the norm. As a result, being authentic and putting your authentic self out there has become increasingly challenging.
So, this Callebaut Patissier of the Year, we aim to create a platform that celebrates chefs - their background, their culture and what makes them who they are - Their authentic self.
CPY 2024 aims to showcase our talented Indian chefs through creations that reflect their originality.
Presenting Callebaut Patissier of the Year 2024 - Craft Your Signature.
