We are thrilled to announce the results of the North American Selections of the World Chocolate Masters. This year's event highlighted the incredible skills and visionary creativity of a new generation of talents from the chocolate, pastry, and hospitality industries.
🥇 First Place: Jeremy Monsel
Congratulations to our champion, Jeremy Monsel, for his outstanding achievement and for setting a new standard of excellence in the world of chocolate artistry. Stay tuned as Jeremy Monsel will go on to represent North America in the World Chocolate Masters final, where the world’s best will compete for the ultimate title.
🥈 Second Place: Judith Lamontagne
Judith drew on memories of her childhood and her children's favorite games. She won the best artistic prize, and her high skills in all the other assignments allowed her to win second place in the competition.
🥉 Third Place: Charlotte Wang
Charlotte won the Fresh Pastry award by creating a bee-utiful petit gâteau that buzzes the senses with bee-inspired flavors. The natural sweetness of honey, bee's wax, and apricots delighted the jury.
