A new Chocolate Academy™ Center in Casablanca has joined the Chocolate Academy™ team! With (now) 26 Centers worldwide, Chocolate Academy™ continues to innovate and grow in keeping with their mission of providing chefs and artisans with the tools and resources they need to succeed.

The 320 sqm space, located in Casablanca’s city center, will offer courses to chefs looking to increase their skills as well as R&D space for clients and Academy chefs. Artisans, pastry chefs, confectioners,  and caterers will find personalized support to help them explore the infinite world of chocolate indulgence.
