Melt the chocolate and butter together.

Priprema: Fondant Mix
Whisk the eggs, yolks and sugar together until light and fluffy.
Fold the egg mix into the melted chocolate butter mix.

0.1 ozorange zest
Priprema: Fondant Mix
Fold in the sieved flour and orange zest.
Leave in fridge for 30 min until set.
Line 8 small rings with silicon paper to just over the edge of the ring.
Pipe in the mix 75g each.
Bake in a fan oven on 180oc for 8 mins (Times and temperatures will vary from oven to oven.
