Preparation: Muffin
- Roast coffee beans and cinnamon for 15 minutes at 163°C (325°F)
- Add to milk and infuse for 15 minutes
- Next day, mix all of your dry ingredients
- Mix all of your liquid ingredients, including melted butter
- Gently fold your liquids into your dries
- Bake at 190°C (375°F) for 5 minutes
- Then 163°C (325°F) for 15 minutes
