Ingredients: Lava Cake Batter

50 gsugar

100 gbutter

30 gcake flour

50 gegg yolks

2 gsalt
Preparation: Lava Cake Batter
- To prepare ramekins: coat with softened butter and turbinado sugar.
- Melt chocolate and butter, then cool slightly.
- Whisk eggs, sugar, and salt to ribbon stage.
- Fold the eggs into the melted chocolate/butter mixture.
- Fold in the sifted dry ingredients.
- Add the egg yolks.
- Pipe into prepared aluminum tins.
- Bake at 190C/375F for approximately 8 minutes.
- Immediatey invert and serve with chocolate ice cream and sprinkle with Mona Lisa Mini Crispearls.
